Taxability training
Work involving physical strain, such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, straining work postures or repetitive movements, can lead to musculoskeletal complaints. Long-term screen work is also a risk. These complaints are among the biggest causes of absenteeism in companies and organisations.
With a load capacity training programme, we support employees who experience complaints or are at risk of absenteeism. The aim is to help them resume their work in a healthy and responsible way and prevent future complaints.
How does it work?
- Intake: during a possible intake, the employee's situation is analysed, including the physical complaints and working conditions.
Would you like to start with an intake focusing on complaints of the movement apparatus? Then request an early physical therapy consultation. A taxability training and workplace assessment are interventions that may be advised as a follow-up. - Targeted counselling: a tailor-made programme helps the employee increase physical capacity and cope better with strain in the workplace.
- Recovery and prevention: the training focuses on both recovery and prevention of recurring complaints, so that the employee remains permanently employable.
