Assessment

We offer both selection and development assessments. A development assessment is aimed at investigating which competencies a candidate has in-house. A broader view is taken than just the function-relevant competencies and the development space of the competencies is also investigated.

A selection assessment is aimed at investigating whether a candidate actually has the competencies that must be met in a position. In a selection-oriented assessment, in addition to a competency-oriented interview and a personality study, the candidate is usually presented with various assignments and practical simulations, adapted to the client's questions. In addition, the candidate is presented with a targeted capability study, which determines cognitive ability. On this basis we can draw well-founded conclusions regarding suitability for a position. We also indicate which competencies are possible to develop and how.
