Energy measurement


We offer an energy measurement with advice and guidance for people who want to experience more energy and for organizations that want to become more energetic and resilient. The energy level of a person, a team, an organization determines the employability and job satisfaction and therefore the success of an organization.

The energy measurement is for people who want to improve their (sporty) performance, people who want to become fitter and more energetic and also for people who have specific goals and lifestyle issues and want to feel better about themselves. The methodology has been used for years in top sport and within rehabilitation.

We use Stans van der Poel's ‘energy-control’ method (EC-HRV) for energy measurement. During our test, you will be asked a number of questions and situations while wearing a special heart rate monitor. We measure how your autonomic nervous system responds to this. This way you gain insight into your physical, mental and emotional condition. In addition, there is an in-depth exercise test. Based on a comprehensive test and discussion of targets, a movement and relaxation recommendation is tailored. In addition, attention can be paid to specific matters, such as behavior, mental and/or emotional obstacles, but also lifestyle issues, such as nutrition, sleep and unhealthy habits.

A short questionnaire is completed prior to the measurement. The rest measurement and effort measurement, including discussion, last a maximum of 2 hours. The measurement is carried out at the office in Haarlem.

It could be that the outcomes give rise to a follow-up intervention. These interventions are aimed at improving restorative capacity and mental and physical condition, increasing carrying capacity and load capacity. Our follow-up interventions are offered tailor-made, followed by a tailor-made quotation.
