Our executive supplier has been an expert in the field of prevention and recovery for stress-related complaints such as burnout for more than ten years. The programmes are tailor-made, one-on-one guidance in the mental, physical and emotional fields, by three different professionals. The focus is on the cause of the increased stress instead of on symptom control. Coaching on motivations is many times more effective than coaching on behavior because more than 95% of our behavior is determined by our motivations and beliefs.

The employee returns to the workplace in 12 weeks and has no relapse (sustainable). Every week there is a session by one of our professionals, where evaluation takes place halfway through and at the end of the process.


Mental: You become aware of deeper motivations. You gain insight into what drives and avoids you. We learn to sustainably change your unwanted behavior and experience. A transformation of the mindset.


Emotional: Emotion therapy teaches you to remove fixed emotions and beliefs. Essential to be able to live and work free of obstacles again. You will learn to dismantle the cause of your increased stress experience and you will receive a toolbox for the rest of your life to deal with emotions healthily from now on.


Physical: The osteopaths specialize in stress physiology and thus effectively and sustainably address the physical effects of chronic stress and burnout. Insight into what has given you stress complaints is interesting; treatment and sustainable relaxation is essential.
