Training 'Balance'


This training aims to strengthen the balance between effort and relaxation in work and private life, so that the participant can work with more energy, peace and pleasure.


The training is intended for people who have difficulty making good choices about wishes, ambitions and responsibilities, therefore becoming out of balance, experiencing a lot of stress and not getting enough of what is most important to them.


In advance, participants complete questionnaires about personality, assertiveness and experienced balance. This gives you direct insight into the personal pain points. These are also the starting points for improvement. During the day there is information about these three determining aspects of balance and there are many interactive exercises that help participants gain insights, make choices and overcome barriers.   Participants end the day with a personal plan of action for a better balance.
