Improving resilience of organizations

Resilience is the ability of employees to adapt to a changing context. We improve resilience by helping employees strengthen their ability and organizations to be an optimal resource for employees. Better resilience strengthens job satisfaction, health and work performance.

The resilience of all individual employees is measured and discussed individually. At the same time, we measure how the organization concretely supports resilience, as an important resource for employee resilience.
