Addiction issues

We offer various services in the field of addiction problems:

Policy
Together with human resources, we develop ADM policies (alcohol, drugs and medicine) appropriate to existing human resources policies, taking into account legislation and the legal framework. Our supplier is a specialist in this area, so that the quality of the policy to be developed is guaranteed. Given developments in the field of labor law and privacy legislation (General Data Processing Regulation – GDPR), you will also be excellently informed about the latest legal status.

Intervention
If an employer suspects use, we can assist with an interview between employer and employee with the aim of providing the employee with help as quickly as possible and integrating it into the labor process.

For positive test
An intervention interview is held with the employee in question. During this conversation we assess the seriousness of the situation and use it to propose an assistance process. We can also refer to professional care providers. There is collaboration with nationally operating (GGZ) care agencies. Through collaboration with these partners, there will be no waiting times for companies.
