Workshop 'Positive mindset'

Optimism is good for your health and happiness. It's a skill you can learn and practice. How do you develop and maintain such a positive mindset? In this workshop we will work on the aspects of mindset that you can influence yourself. There are more than you think!

After this workshop, participants will be able to balance work and rest and have strategies that lead to more energy, more productivity and more enjoyment of life.

This workshop lasts 3 hours and can be used for a maximum of 12 participants per workshop.
